Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals and databases
  • Conducting CV screening and initial online interviews
  • Coordinating with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Kualifikasi
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition
  • Active English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Accustomed to working remotely and independently
